Those of you who follow me on my Instagram @tinasmusic know that I absolutely love smoothies and fresh juices. There is literally no better way to start the day if you ask me 😉
One of my all time favourite smoothies is this one with coconut. You can never have to much coconut. Whenever I drink it the taste takes me away to a warm place and I pretend im sitting on some paradise beach like this one:
Ooh well back to reality. I can really recommend this smoothie if you like something sweet (and who doesn’t :-D) its very easy and will take you about 5 minutes to make.
All you need is:
– Half a cocunut
– 3 small babanas or 2 large
– 1 cup of milk (i prefer skimmed milk)
Cut the cocunut in to small pieces and blend it all together in the blender. And volia you have the best smoothie ever!! There will be some small pieces of coconut in the smoothie, because the blender can’t fully choo them, but this just makes the smoothie more authentic. Enjoy !!
